Elements & Dynamics of Human Trafficking
Human Trafficking is a complex issue impacting local communities every day and it is estimated that there are more than 300,000 victims of trafficking in Texas. Throughout this session, facilitators will examine the elements included in human trafficking cases and consider the dynamics which make it a complex crime. Participants will gain information that will help them in the identification of potential victims of human trafficking and will learn what a comprehensive response can include.

Human Trafficking and Vulnerable Youth
It is estimated that there are more than 300,000 victims of trafficking in Texas alone, of which, over 70,000 may include children and youth in child sex trafficking Situations. Throughout this session, facilitators will examine the elements that constitute a human trafficking case, they will be introduced to the dynamics which make it a complex crime and explore the vulnerabilities that put youth at greater risk. Participants will gain information that will help them in the identification of potential victims of human trafficking and will learn what a comprehensive response can include.
