Mosaic is excited to announce that two members of our Legal Department, Jessica Gutierrez and Haidar Al-Zuheiri, were granted BIA accreditation by the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Accredited representatives may assist clients in submitting immigration petitions to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). To received accreditation, individuals must demonstrate that they have broad knowledge of immigration and naturalization law (through training or experience) and that they are a person of good moral character. Applications are supported by letters of recommendation by other immigration practitioners in the area. Both Jessica and Haidar participated in extensive hand-on and formal training to prepare for these expanded roles. Mosaic is proud of the work done by Jessica and Haidar to prepare for accreditation, and their accreditation is already expanding the immigration services that Mosaic can offer to our clients.
