Show and Tell
There are many lists of ideas for how to cope floating around the Internet, but how do they work in real life for real people? In this session, YOU are the expert. Come prepared to share a healthy self-care or coping strategy that works for you. You will be given a few minutes to share how you discovered the activity, why it works for you, and to give tips on how someone new to the activity could try it out. Have any props or supplies? Show it off. If it’s something we can do virtually during the session, we can try it out then and there.
