Hello! I am the Director of Development for Mosaic Family Services.

Before moving to Dallas, Texas, I completed my Bachelors of Art in English Literature with Creative Writing at the University of Greenwich, and Masters of Science in International Conflict at Kingston University in London, England.

My employment history includes working in the nonprofit division at Nomura International, a Japanese global investment bank based in Central London. After moving to the US, I worked for Public International Law and Policy Group, a Nobel Peace Prize nominee based in DC, PILPG is a pro bono law firm specializing in peace negotiations, post-conflict constitution drafting and war crimes prosecution.

As Director of Development at Mosaic, I oversee the development and implementation of Mosaic Family Service’s strategic plan to raise funds and ensure the long-term sustainability of the agency. I manage a team of 4 and work closely with all department heads, the Executive Director, and our Board of Directors.

In my spare time, I enjoy drinking tea/coffee, eating delicious silky smooth chocolate, and reading. I also love spending time with my son, husband, and pets and traveling home to London as much as possible.
