If you have ever seen or participated in various cultural dances, you know the excitement it can bring! We were excited to partner with Stratos Greek Taverna in Dallas and various diverse international dance teams on June 11th. Some of the dances included Egyptian Style Belly Dance, Brazilian Capoeira, Palenstinian Style Dabke, East Indian Bollywood, Salsa and many more– these animated dancers made for top-notch entertainment! We raised hundreds of dollars at the door and these funds will go towards the development of our Multicultural Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Program. We’d like to thank all the dancers, MC Jerry Caldwell, DJ Trance, Addison Carey and Stratos Greek Taverna for supporting us.
